Tasting note

Poulton Hill Estate Phoenix has a pale straw colour with a delicious nose of fresh elderflower and subtle herbaceous undertones. The palate is crisp and wonderfully balanced, bursting with gooseberry, pear and creamy apple, which leads to a long, clean and satisfying finish. This wine is perfect to drink alone or with pasta dishes, Thai cuisine, seafood and cheese.
